Instructions:-

• GST @ 18% should be paid separately in addition to the user fee amount. 
• Fees can be paid online through the ‘Instant Pay’ link available on the website https://iwps.uoc.ac.in/
• User fees and 18% GST should be paid separately under different purpose names.
• User fees shall be paid under the purpose CSIF -- USER FEES
• GST @ 18% shall be paid under the purpose GST001 -- GOODS AND SERVICE TAX
• Remit the fee online and send/submit the challan receipts along with the analysis request form and sample/s to “The Director, Central Sophisticated Instrumentation Facility (CSIF), University of Calicut, Calicut University PO, Malappuram - 673635, Kerala”.

Please note that the payments must be made to the corresponding purpose names. No forms will be accepted if the fee is remitted under a different purpose name.

GSTIN (if any) shall be provided along with the billing address in the analysis request form.

Note:- The applicants who require invoice/samples in return via registered/speed post shall send an empty envelope (with the ‘to address’ clearly mentioned and after affixing stamps of the required value for registered/speed post) along with the analysis request forms.
